Hey OFM vendors! Have a question about a Saturday Market, want to promote a new product or call in an absence? Check out our quick links and resources below.

Notify Of Absence 

If you’re going to be absent from a Saturday Market please contact us at least 24 hours before the market (Friday before noon). This way we can updated the layout if needed and consistently promote the correct vendors each weekend!

Make A Payment

Active vendors can use this link to pay your booth fees before Saturday or any market event. Please contact the market manager to arrange a check or cash payment.

General Questions

Have a question and can’t find the info on our site or your vendor contract? No problem – please contact us directly via EMAIL or PHONE to get in touch with the management team.

Please do not contact us over facebook messenger as we are not able to check this daily.

Daily or New Vendor Check-In & Setup

Are you a new vendor or daily vendor? When you arrive to the market for setup, please check in at the DOFM booth located at the corner of Exchange and Ball Street. We’ll confirm your contract on file / take vendor fee. Then a member of our team will direct you to your vendor spot for that day! You are not required to pre-pay for all of your daily vendor dates in advanced: cash is accepted upon arrival, or use the online link above to pay the day before the market.

Please review your vendor contract for market procedures and setup requirements. 

Can You Accept Nutrition Assistance Program Vouchers?

SNAP, Double Up Food Bucks and EBT  benefits can be used to purchase any approved food item and seeds or plants that produce food. 

Use the Food Assistance Eligibility Guide to understand what products you can sell to customers purchasing with each food assistance program offered at DOFM. Participating vendors are required to sign a USDA provided contract at the market to accept these payments.

Marketing & Promo

Make sure you tag our facebook (Downtown Owosso Farmers Market) or our instagram (@owossofarmersmarket) on any photos relating to you or the market so we can share on our pages!

Please email high-res images of you, your business, process, & products with descriptions for our vendor highlight features that will be sent out in newsletters and Facebook. We will always need new photos and fresh content to promote vendors every season.
