Business Boulevard
Local businesses. Local customers. Right alongside the Owosso Farmers Market.
LOCAL BUSINESSES + LOCAL CONNECTIONS
A New Way for Local Businesses to Join the Market
Business Boulevard is a monthly extension of the Owosso Farmers Market designed specifically for local businesses and service providers that do not fit the traditional market vendor model. On Business Boulevard Saturdays, the market will extend east along W. Exchange Street all the way to Washington Street, creating a dedicated block where local businesses can meet the community, explain what they do, answer questions, demonstrate services, and make new connections.
Business Boulevard takes place alongside our monthly Kids Day on the last Saturday of the month.
Who is Business Boulevard for?
Business Boulevard is intended for local businesses and service providers that want face-to-face community exposure without selling products at the market.
It can be a great fit for:
- Home and professional services
- Healthcare and wellness businesses
- Financial, insurance, and real estate businesses
- Contractors and trades
- Professional offices
- Local retailers promoting their storefront or services
- Other community-facing businesses

What can I do at my booth?
Business Boulevard is built around conversation, demonstrations, and making local connections. Participants may:
- Share information about their business
- Answer questions
- Demonstrate services
- Hand out brochures, coupons, and giveaways
- Meet potential customers
- Collect leads or schedule future appointments
- Build community connections
Extending the Market to Washington Street
On Business Boulevard Saturdays, the regular Farmers Market will continue along W. Exchange Street from Water Street to Ball Street. Business Boulevard will then continue east from Ball Street to Washington Street, adding an entire block dedicated to participating local businesses.
Water Street → Farmers Market → Ball Street → Business Boulevard → Washington Street
Promotion, Outreach & Community Engagement
Direct on-site sales are not permitted in Business Boulevard.
The program is designed to give local businesses an affordable way to introduce themselves to the community while keeping the core Farmers Market focused on farmers, food producers, and makers. Businesses wishing to sell eligible products at the market should instead apply through our regular vendor program.
Reserve Your Spot
We are launching Business Boulevard with two pilot dates in 2026. Space is limited, and we would love to build a strong mix of local businesses along the block.
