The Owosso Farmers Market was founded in July 1974. By offering local growers and makers a place to sell their goods and connecting them with thousands of shoppers every month, the Owosso Farmers Market is a vital part of our economy as we put money back into all locally owned businesses and farms. This empowers us to create a lasting infrastructure for small business growth and sustainable food access in Shiawassee County. 

Our market has proudly grown from a handful of vendors originally setting up in in The Armory parking lot, to now 40+ vendors every weekend! The intentional growth along with support from the community has created a one of a kind Farmers Market in Downtown Owosso.
